Adam performed at a pre-Emmy party at Avalon in Hollywood on Friday night. He and Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane sang 'Beat It' and 'I Get a Kick Out of You' backed by a large orchestra.
The evening’s most memorable moment came when MacFarlane performed a duet with Adam Levine of Maroon 5, and a young woman in a black dress rushed the stage to dance between them. She flailed and twisted around as they sang a spirited rendition of Michael Jackson's "Beat It." A few moments later, she stepped on the leg of a mic stand, causing it to hit her in the head. She then fell down briefly. Undeterred by the tragedy, another woman hopped onstage and was politely removed by security. “Train wreck, this is a train wreck,” sang MacFarlane and Levine amiably.
Sharon Stone, Hayden Panettiere and Maroon 5's Adam Levine were just a few of the high-profile faces who attended the Rock 'n' Reel benefit in Culver City, CA over the weekend.
Rock 'n' Reel is a family event to benefit Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center. Levine performed "She Will Be Loved" with his first cousin Jeremy Noah (a pediatric IBD patient) and fellow Maroon 5-er Jesse Carmichael.
Adam met up with Cameron Diaz for lunch at the Chateau Marmont in L.A. on Saturday afternoon. Adam is currently staying at the hotel according to X17. See the photos here.
